Identification
Be sure that your passport is valid and that you have all necessary visas for each stage of your journey. Check the passport and visa requirements of the country you are visiting as these may vary. Many insist on the passport remaining valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry to the country.
Identification for internal flights
An increasing number of airlines flying internal flights are now also requesting some form of photo ID upon check in. The following forms of ID will be accepted:
Valid Passport
Valid Photographic Driving License
Valid Student Card
Valid Photographic National ID Card
Valid Airport/Airline Employees Security ID Pass
Valid Police Warrant Card/Badge
Valid Photographic Forces ID Card

Luggage restrictions in light of the events of 11 September 2001, security for air travellers has been increased. As a result, there are now additional restrictions on what can be taken on board as hand luggage during your flight. The following items will not be allowed in hand luggage:
? Toy/replica guns (metal or plastic)
? Catapults
? Household cutlery
? Knives with blades of any length
? Razor blades
? Tools
? Scissors
? Tweezers
? Hypodermic needles (unless required for medical reasons)
? Sporting bats
? Billiard, snooker or pool cues
? Darts
