If you’ve chosen an e-ticket, your booking is stored electronically. All you need is your reference number, which we’ll send you immediately by email once you have completed your booking. You can book e-tickets up to four hours before departure time as nothing needs to be posted to you, and there are no delivery charges.
Opodo can only deliver paper tickets within the United Kingdom and do not offer a Ticket on Departure (TOD) facility.
If you’ve chosen a paper ticket, or where an e-ticket was not available, you may be offered two delivery options: Royal Mail deliveries will be dispatched First Class post on the day of booking if booked before 1800 hours. For bookings made after 1800 hours tickets will be dispatched the next working day. For bookings made at the weekend or public holiday tickets will be dispatched on the next working day.
If you have selected Express Delivery & booked prior to 1630 hours then you can expect your tickets to be dispatched on the same day for delivery the next working day. For bookings made after 1630 hours the tickets will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery to you the next day. For bookings made at the weekend or on a public holiday, the tickets will be dispatched the next working day for delivery to you the day after that. There is also an additional option if you have booked on Friday prior to 1800hours to pay a supplement for a delivery on a Saturday morning. Opodo. |
